يحضر فريق الفيزياء الطبية بمركز أونكو للأورام بانتظام الدورات والمؤتمرات والمؤتمرات العلمية التي تُعقد في تركيا والخارج، ويتابعون عن كثب آخر التطورات في مجال العلاج الإشعاعي ويشاركون دراساتهم في اجتماعاتهم مع علماء نشطين في هذا المجال. ويضعون خطط علاج المرضى وتطبيقات العلاج باستخدام أحدث أجهزة العلاج مع هذه المكاسب.
